PLACES: Oneonta Falls

First time taking the kids on the Oneonta Falls hike out in the Gorge. Hands down, one of the the most fun hikes we have taken them on in the last three years. Way overcrowded, of course…but hey, we’re part of the crowds too, and there many people of all ages scrambling with smiles. And that’s a good thing, especially when people carry out their trash.

A little danger, a lot of water and wet, swimming underneath waterfall...what a fantastic family expedition. Highly recommend for a short, easy blast of crowded summer water fun with a hint of risk.
